Adult boxing classes for all levels are welcome. Inclusive environment that caters to a wide range of fitness goals and experience, from complete beginners to those looking to refine existing skills. They offer a comprehensive full-body workout focused on physical conditioning, technical skill-building, and stress relief. Competitive sparring included.

Open (Adults)

Boxing Conditioning

High intensity training regime designed to build physical endurance. Think speed, stamina, strength and skill! We’re building explosive strength and core stability.

Women’s Only Beginners Boxing

Master boxing basics while building confidence. Class includes some light cardio, shadowboxing, heavy bag drills, or pad work with a partner and end with some bodyweight finishers.

1-on-1 Pad and/or Training

Classes build upon the basics, transitioning from foundational movements to fluid and tactical application of skills.

Junior (6-10yo)

We provide a structured and positive environment where youth learn the fundamentals of boxing, focusing on respect, focus, and resilience. It's about personal growth and becoming a better human, inside and outside the ring. Our certified coaches are dedicated to mentoring young individuals and helping them achieve their goals.
