GYM RULES
Welcome to the team! To ensure a safe, focused, and positive training environment for our young athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and families, we ask all members and visitors to respect the following club guidelines.
Respect the Team & Space
Zero Tolerance for Bullying: We are a family. Treat all coaches, training partners, and gym visitors with absolute respect. Any form of bullying, intimidation, or bad sportsmanship will result in immediate removal from the gym.
Listen to the Coaches: When a coach is talking, all eyes and ears are on them. Focus, discipline, and following instructions are core parts of boxing.
Look After the Gear: Treat our bags, pads, gloves, and fitness equipment with care. Put away any gear you use at the end of your session.
Coaching supervision: Sparring is strictly prohibited unless a coach has cleared you.
Safety & Gear Requirements
Mouthguards are Mandatory: If you are participating in any controlled sparring, a mouthguard is non-negotiable. No mouthguard, no sparring.
Footwear: Clean, indoor-only athletic shoes or boxing boots must be worn on the gym floor. No muddy street shoes, work boots, or bare feet.
Hand Wraps: Protect your hands! Junior and adult boxers doing heavy bag work or pad drills should wear hand wraps to support their wrists and knuckles.
Attendance & Supervision
Arrive on Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Late arrivals disrupt the class warm-up, which is vital for preventing injuries.
Pick-up window: Kids must be picked up within 10 minutes of class ending.
Spectators: We love having parents support their kids! To help our classes run smoothly, we kindly ask parents to watch classes from the designated seating area.
Personal Care
Personal Hygiene: Ensure nails are trimmed short (to prevent scratching training partners).
Stay Home if Sick: If you or your child are feeling unwell, coughing, or showing signs of illness, please stay home, rest up, and return when fully recovered.
Media, Photo & Video Policy
Consent at signup: Registration includes a waiver allowing gym training footage on social media.
