We offer group boxing classes and 1-on-1 boxing training to ages ranging from 6yo to Adults. Hit the “Classes” tab to read more details.
We also offer private group sessions - reach out directly.
No experience necessary. Just bring a drink bottle and wear some sneakers/joggers/trainers.

Getting started is simple. You can book directly through the website.
If you have any questions beforehand or along the way, just reach out! We cap our class sizes so we recommend booking ahead to avoid missing out.
WHAT COST IS INVOLVED?

Our classes are $15.00 per session. We also offer class packs. Hit the “Book” link to purchase casual sessions and/or packs.
We provide gloves for beginners, but if you are wanting to stick with it, we do recommend purchasing your own gloves, wraps and skipping rope. To save you running around, we sell gloves and wraps from the gym.
